About us

A studio built around
how you actually move

Luna Pilates Studio is a boutique Pilates studio for people who want to feel stronger, stand taller and move without pain — guided by instructors who know their names.

Our story

Founded on attention, not volume

Luna opened after years of teaching in rooms that were far too full. The method works, but only when someone can see your ribs, your breath and the way you compensate. So we built a studio around that: small groups, good equipment, natural light, and time.

Today we teach beginners taking their first class, athletes rebuilding after injury, parents returning to movement, and members who have been with us since week one.

  • Fully equipped: Reformers, Towers, Chairs, Barrels
  • Comprehensively certified teaching team
  • Changing rooms, showers and towels included

What to bring

Tell your instructor about anything that hurts. Every exercise has a version that will work for your body today.
