How it works
- Memberships are billed monthly on the date you join.
- Cancel or pause with 14 days' notice, in writing or at reception.
- Class credits are non-refundable but transferable within their validity.
- Late cancellations (under 12 hours) use one class credit.
- Corporate and student rates are available on request.

Frequently asked
I have never done Pilates. Where do I start?
Start with the Foundations course or a single private session. Both cover the breath, the alignment cues and the core repertoire, so your first group class feels familiar rather than overwhelming.
What should I wear?
Fitted, comfortable clothing you can move in, plus grip socks, which are required on the Reformer and Tower for safety. We sell them at reception.
Can I do Pilates while pregnant?
Yes, with clearance from your midwife or doctor, and ideally in our pre and post-natal classes where the programming is trimester-aware. Always tell your instructor how far along you are.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel free of charge up to 12 hours before the class starts. Cancellations after that, and no-shows, use one class credit or one membership booking.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Gift cards are available for any class pack or a set amount, valid for 12 months. Contact the studio and we will arrange one.
Is there parking nearby?
There is street parking on the surrounding streets and a public car park within a short walk. The studio is also a few minutes from the nearest public transport stop.
