2. Using this website

3. Bookings

A place in a class is confirmed once payment or a valid credit has been applied. Places are limited and allocated in the order they are booked.

4. Cancellations and refunds

• Cancel free of charge up to 12 hours before your class starts.
• Later cancellations and no-shows use one class credit or booking.
• Class packs are non-refundable once used, and expire on the date shown at purchase.
• If we cancel a class, you will be offered an alternative or a full credit.

5. Memberships

Memberships are billed monthly and roll until cancelled. Cancel or pause with 14 days' written notice before your next billing date. We may adjust prices with at least 30 days' notice.

6. Health and safety

You confirm you are medically fit to take part and will tell your instructor about injuries, medical conditions or pregnancy before class. Follow instructor guidance and equipment instructions at all times. Take part within your own limits.

7. Studio conduct

Please arrive on time, treat equipment and other clients with care, and follow reasonable studio rules. We may refuse or end a session where behaviour puts others at risk.

8. Liability

We take reasonable care in delivering our services and maintaining equipment. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Intellectual property

All text, images, branding and design on this site belong to [Legal Entity Name] S.L. or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced without written consent.

10. Governing law
